The Nawabi Hyderabad House developed under the rule of Asaf Jah I, who had been appointed as the Governor of Deccan by the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb. It is made with basmati rice, spices and goat. Popular variations use chicken instead of goat.
Tried the pottalam pulav, Hyderabad chicken biriyani, chicken lollipop, parotta paya combo and mango lassi. We enjoyed every bite and will keep coming to this place. Paya was so subtle and melted. Pulav was so flavourful.
